Partial reflectance coatings may be added to any UV Fused Silica substrate to create a precise reflectance beamsplitter for a UV laser wavelength. The product code PR designates a partial reflectance coating on one side and an anti-reflection coating on the other. Used as a first surface reflector these beamsplitters provide the reflectance shown in the table. Beam samplers have an anti-reflection coating on one side only. Under these circumstances the natural reflectivity of the uncoated surface provides a beam sample of less than 5% for monitoring purposes.
