1. HCJDCS-A dielectric constant and dielectric loss tester is a test method for measuring the permittivity and dielectric loss factor of electrical insulating materials at power frequency, audio, high frequency (including meter wave wavelength) according to GB/T 1409. Designed and manufactured in accordance with IEC 60250 and in accordance with JB 7770 and other test methods.
2. It is suitable for testing insulation materials at high frequencies (1MHz).
3, dielectric constant, also known as permittivity or relative permittivity, is an important data to characterize the electrical properties of dielectric or insulating materials, commonly used ε. When the medium is applied with an electric field, an induced charge is generated to weaken the electric field, and the ratio of the original applied electric field (in vacuum) to the electric field in the final medium is the dielectric constant. It represents the relative ability of a dielectric to store electrostatic energy in an electric field. For example, a capacitor plate filled with a material having a dielectric constant of ε can increase its capacitance by ε times. The smaller the dielectric constant, the better the insulation. If a material with a high dielectric constant is placed in an electric field, the strength of the field will drop appreciably within the dielectric. The dielectric constant is also used to indicate the degree of polarization of the medium, the magnitude of the macroscopic dielectric constant, and the intensity of the microscopic polarization phenomenon. The polarization of gas dielectrics is relatively weak. The relative dielectric constants of various gases are close to 1. The dielectric constants of liquids and solids are different, and the dielectric constant is also related to temperature and power frequency.
4. The dielectric constant of matter has a complex form, the actual part is the dielectric constant, and the imaginary part is often called the dissipation factor.
5. The ratio of the dissipation factor to the dielectric constant is usually called the dissipation angle tangent, which can indicate the coupling ability of the material with the microwave. The larger the dissipation angle tangent value, the stronger the coupling ability between the material and the microwave. For example, when electromagnetic waves pass through the electrolyte, the speed of the waves is reduced and the wavelength is also shortened.
6, the scope of application:
The instrument is used in the research of the performance of inorganic non-metallic new materials by scientific research institutes, schools and factories.
